Thank you for shopping with NuVolt! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it's placed. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 8–18 business days.
Please note: delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Occasional delays can occur due to carrier volume, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control — especially during peak holiday seasons.
Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation — this is normal while the carrier registers the package.
If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 days, contact us at support@nuvoltco.com and we'll look into it.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at support@nuvoltco.com — we can only correct addresses before the order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check with household members, neighbors, your mailbox, and around your delivery area (porches, side doors, package rooms)
- Wait 48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before they arrive
- If it still hasn't turned up, contact us at support@nuvoltco.com
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For US orders, there are no additional customs charges. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly, so if you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@nuvoltco.com. We can only guarantee changes or cancellations before your order ships. Once shipped, your order falls under our Return & Refund Policy.
